PRODUCTION OF INJECTION MOULDS
We can design an injection mould to the smallest detail, including preparation of a 3D design with a simulated intake. We can implement the production of a mould without any problems. With our modern facilities, we can thus ensure top quality of the produced mould.

The CECHO tool shop is prepared to cope with any challenge. With its long-lasting experience and successfully implemented international projects, it is one of the leaders in micro-injection of plastic parts.
We can cope with single cavity and multi cavity moulds for cold runner and hot runner systems, moulds with metal inserts, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, stack moulds or moulds for thin-walled mouldings.
DRAFT OF THE ASSEMBLYFrom a draft to the mould
Based on a 3D model, prototype or just an idea of the plastic part, our designers will design an ideal injection mould. We can test the draft virtually by application of intake visualization, which will reveal even the smallest defects. The solution is therefore checked to the smallest detail.
Advanced equipment of the design facilities allows us to implement the actual production with absolute precision. In the production of new moulds, we use experience gained in the maintenance or revitalization of the already operating moulds.
MANUFACTURING POTENTIALITIESManufacturing potentialities
We own CNC machining centres and electroerosion machines for the production of injection moulds. The tool shop is also equipped with a laser welding machine for restoration or modification of functional sections of the moulds. Other machines used in the production of injection moulds include milling machines, grinding machines, boring and turning machines.
